Instacare Training Center and students acknowledge that there is some risk of accident or injury associated with the use of equipment and other aspects of the course of study, including but not limited to direct care and contact of other students, clients, patients, or residents at the clinical or training facility site.
Student does hereby waive, release, and discharge Instacare Training Center of all liability and claims for damages for death, personal injury, or property damage which student may have or which hereafter accrue to them as a result of participation in the program whether or not caused by negligence or fault of Instacare Training Center.
This release is intended to discharge the school and its officers, employees, representatives, students,volunteers, and agents from and against all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the training, internship/externship, hands-on activities, practice, or other activities.
Knowing risks exist, nevertheless, I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and to hold harmless all persons or agencies mentioned above that might otherwise be liable to me or my heirs or assigns for damages. I further understand and agree that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns.
In addition, I give permission to receive, if necessary, emergency medical services by authorized personnel, and that any cost incurred as a result of such medical treatment will be my responsibility.
The total cost for training must be paid in full before your clinical session begins. Instacare TrainingCenter will contact you to arrange for your final payment.
Fee Schedule
The Home Health Aide Training Program will consist of 60 hours of Online Education and 16 hours ofClassroom Clinical Training. The following reflects the fees associated with the program including relevant charges/provisions of which the student is responsible:
The total amount due for the certification program is $549.00 . (Fees include: 60 hours of Online Education, and 16 hours of Classroom Clinical Training and the NJ BON fee)
The course cost breakdown is as follows:
- INITIAL START UP DEPOSIT UPON SIGNING UP FOR COURSE: $250.00
- *Initial deposit is transferable 1 time to the next class before the payment process has to be started from the beginning.
- BEFORE TAKING THE FINAL EXAM: $299.00
- $219 for the remainder of the course- which includes the Clinical portion and graduation certification.
- $80 fee is included in the total balance of the training course. These fees are associated with the processing of individual certification, including the licensing fee to the State of New Jersey Department of Nursing.
